Steve has flown two beautiful, busty Russian sisters to America to visit the Happy Land amusement park with him. They want to go on some big rides, but Steve has other plans. He uses the Whirly-Gig, a ride he remembers from his youth, to put them under his control. He takes them back to his apartment with whirly-gigs in their eyes.
